This assessment identifies any areas of concern that need attention, and we use this information to design a program that supports improvement while prioritising your safety.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
For clients who have already spent time training with us individually, we offer a very limited number of Small Group Personal Training sessions each week. These sessions are reserved for those who have developed a strong understanding of our methods and are ready to enjoy the benefits of training in a small, supportive group environment.
Groups are kept intimate and exclusive, with no more than 3 to four participants, ensuring we can deliver the same first-class experience you expect from our one-on-one coaching.
Small Group Personal Training is ideal for:
Friends or family members who want to train together.
Clients at a similar stage of training who we carefully group to maintain quality and fun.
Each participant follows an individualised program, designed and modified by our expert coaches, so you’ll always receive personal attention while enjoying the camaraderie of training alongside others.
Because places are so limited, Small Group Personal Training is by invitation only.
