Meet Dot from Good Guts Nutrition

Dot is a qualified Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc) and a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS). She is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals by uncovering the root causes of their concerns through holistic case-taking and functional testing. In her practice, Dot emphasises a sustainable approach to foster long-term change, utilising evidence-based nutrition strategies. Her passion for nutrition stems from navigating her own health journey and understanding the beneficial impact of food as medicine.

 

What to expect? 

Your initial consultation will be a comprehensive 60-minute session where we'll work together to discuss your health history, current diet, and wellness goals. Through a collaborative approach, we'll also explore your body systems to gain a holistic understanding of your unique health situation, which will serve as the foundation for creating a personalised treatment plan.

During this session, we'll also discuss any necessary pathology or functional tests that may help support and refine your treatment plan.

Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed prescription via email, which includes personalised dietary and lifestyle recommendations, as well as any targeted supplement support, if required.

The number of follow-up consultations will vary depending on your health goals, and we will determine this together as part of our ongoing partnership in your health journey.
