Our Resisted Functional Circuit classes incorporate exercises that you can do anywhere in your own home with as little as one or two kettlebells or dumbbells.
We begin with activation and warm-up exercises to get your blood flowing and your body used to moving.
We then incorporate a series of functional exercises that really start to connect and build upon some of the foundational exercises that you would have been doing while in some of our lead in classes like the core and posture or body weight circuit sessions.
The session is designed to really strengthen your core, upper and lower body. We don’t work muscles in isolation, but rather exercise your whole body as a kinetic chain. This ensures your body moves in the way it was designed to, and that we strengthen you up in movements that you will mimic during daily activities.
This session is designed to help you function and move better in everyday life. So if you feel that you have the current body weight workouts beat and need a bigger challenge then this is for you. However please note that you woulf have to be able to complete a regular functional circuit quite easily in order to be able to progress up to this session.
